ONE DAY TOUR TO POMPEII

Departure: Pick-up from your Hotel at approximately 6.15.am or from Appian Line Bus Terminal, Piazza dell’Esquilino, 6 check in at 7.00am Tour departure at 7.15am.

Operates: Year round daily (Excluding 24,25,31 December and 1 January)

Duration: Full Day including lunch

The journey leds south on the Autostrada del Sole. After passing the Castelli Romani, hillsides covered by vineyards, the tour crosses the region of Ciociaria with a view of the Abbey of Montecassino in the distance. Upon arrival in Naples enjoy a panoramic view of the city. Continue to Pompeii and after lunch in a local restaurant visit the excavations of this city which was destroyed by the eruption of Mt Vesuvius in 79 A.D. Return to Rome arriving at approximately 9.00 pm. (Drop off at hotel or nearest point).
