THREE DAY TOUR TO SORRENTO

ROME - NAPLES - POMPEII - SORRENTO -CAPRI – ANACAPRI - ROME

Departure: Pick-up from your Hotel at approximately 6.15 am or from Appian Line Bus Terminal, Piazza dell’Esquilino, 6 check in at 7.00am. Tour departure at 7.15am

Day 1: Rome-Naples-Pompei-Sorrento

Early morning departure from Rome for Naples, where a short visit of the town is featured. Then on to Pompei, the famous Roman city destroyed by the volcanic eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 A.D. Lunch in a local restaurant, and afterwards, visit of the excavations. Proceed on to Sorrento. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Sorrento

Continental breakfast. Day at leisure in Sorrento. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Sorrento-Capri-Rome

Continental breakfast. Departure to Capri by steamer. Weather conditions permitting, visit the Blue Grotto. Return to Marina Grande and then transfer to Anacapri. Lunch in a typical restaurant followed by a visit of Augustus’ Gardens with a view of the Faraglioni. Return to Rome, at approx. 9.30 pm.
