Over time, we have created many packages, some have simple inclusions with one destination and some are very intense with multiple destinations and tours

Some of these packages are exactly what clients have wanted and some have been ones we created for them because they were not sure of what they wanted, so we help people get the most out of their holidays with value for money added. Every itinerary has been ticked by Our Clients with their approval upon their return. When Our Clients come back we ask them questions such as:

Was the quality and service good and what did you like most about them?
How were the flights and did you like the service?

We do ask many questions because we want to make sure Our Clients liked their itinerary and that everything we generated for them met their satisfaction and enjoyment. We want to investigate about all parts of an itinerary to make sure that nothing failed in respect of, flight connecting and the service quality of the carrier, the service providers’ quality of services and how Our Clients rate the products they purchased for their holidays.

Sure, there will always be things that might take place because of unforeseen circumstances and are beyond any ones control. Just as it is human nature that we fail to be perfectionists at everything, we will encounter delays, late arrivals, waiting, on hold, running late, running early, forgetting, missing, losing track of time, something else on your mind, focus is elsewhere, preoccupied in the mind and the list goes on. Well, Service Providers, while they strive to be on time, running to schedule and their eagerness to provide efficient and quality services at every level, things will take place or things will happen that will create disruption to the flow of an itinerary due to weather conditions, vessel and carrier technical issues, delayed passengers from a transiting flight and the list can go on and on. But, you know what? I am a great believer that things happen for reasons, which 100% of the time is for a positive outcome. Sure, at the time we are upset or frustrated or annoyed about has just happened and we get caught up thinking about the situation which has just happened that we don’t stop to think about the good that will come out if it. Let me give you an example, while the flight was delayed by 30 minutes due to a passenger coming off another flight to catch the same flight you are on, you would have missed the opportunity of speaking or chatting to someone who just so happens to be there when you were so frustrated and annoyed about the delay that you had to let out steam by talking to the person who was close by or sitting next to you in the waiting lounge and that person is now your friend for life. Or if the carrier noticed a technical issue before take off well then it is the greatest thing that it was detected while you are still on the ground and not in the air, where people can become out of control and start panicking about what might happen etc. So the fact that it was detected and fixed before take off, it has saved you from worry and stress and loss of enjoyment on the flight. Another great example, is you arrive at a hotel and they seem to have overbooked on the room category in your booking, so when you get crook at them when they tell you they haven’t got your room held for you, when they should have, they will offer an available room which you have no choice but to take and it normally is a much nicer room and a more expensive room which you didn’t have to pay extra in the first place to be in it. So all these things are what contributes to all the fun and long lasting memories you will keep for life and share them with your family and friends every time! There is good out of everything that you think is bad, when it is really not bad at all. Everything happens for a reason!

I had a honeymoon couple who when on a world journey and every part of their itinerary was so exciting filled with exotic destinations and rarely visited destinations, they went for almost 5 weeks covering, places like the Maldives, a few islands in the Caribbean, along with Dubai, a stop over in Europe and a stopover in US.
